I actually didn't crop the photo at all, it is how the photographer took the photo. I have many other images similar to this but these few that I posted are the best from the series. I completely understand what you are talking about - but no cropping was done. These are prints, not digital images and I merely scanned them in to post so no editing was done.

I do not mean to offend, but why is the image cropped in criss cross?
My favorite part of this pose is the crossed legs seen over the shoulder of the model, or in the straight version over her head.
I don't know why but I always feel a sense of loss when a body is cropped.
Especially if it is cropped just a little. It feels like you almost got a perfect shot and someone just chopped it off.
Of course close ups with heavy cropping , are another matter.
Just a small feedback, hope you don't mind.
